2. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, or any portion thereof, at any time without notice to you.
   
   

Parcel Delivery Services

1. The service enables users to send parcels from user to user via potentially an unlimited number of service providers and logistics companies.

2. The service aggregates different logistics companies and offers parcel delivery services such as parcel locker to parcel locker, parcel locker to courier, courier to parcel locker, courier to courier, and all other similar services.

3. The user can send a parcel via the service by only knowing the recipient's mobile phone number and destination locker or address and receives a locker code or a waybill or a barcode to post the parcel in the chosen locker or with the chosen courier.

4. The user agrees that the recipient has given prior consent to receive the parcel.
   
   

User Conduct

1. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the service.

2. Users must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service or interfere with any other user's use of the service.

3. Users must not use the service to send or receive any illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive material.
   
   Shipit24 user must not use the application to send:

   1. Illegal drugs and narcotics

   2. Explosives

   3. Flammable liquids and gases

   4. Firearms and ammunition

   5. Live animals

   6. Perishable goods

   7. Hazardous or toxic materials

   8. Counterfeit or pirated goods

   9. Obscene or offensive materials

   10. Currency or monetary instruments above a certain value (depending on the jurisdiction)
       

Fees and Payments

1. The user agrees to pay all fees associated with the use of the service.

2. Fees may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the parcel.

3. Payment for the services must be made through the service's payment gateway.

4. We reserve the right to change the fees at any time without notice to you.
   
   

Disclaimer of Warranties

1. The service and the services provided through the service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. We do not warrant that the service or the services provided through the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any information or content provided through the service.
   
   

Limitation of Liability

1. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the service or the services provided.

2. We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of any third-party service providers or logistics companies.
   
   

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swapsmart OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service or the services provided through the service.
   
   

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia.

2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
