Enter the recipient’s details on the Shipit24 platform.
Select the Smartpost parcel locker where you want to send the package and choose the package size.
Confirm the payment.
After completing the shipment, a shipping label will be generated showing the sender’s and recipient’s information, door code, and package number. You can always reopen the shipping label from the "Shipments" menu. If needed, you can print the shipping label from the Shipit24.eu system.
Using the door code, you can place the package in any Blue Smartpost locker. Attaching the shipping label to the package is not mandatory.
Important Notes
Smartpost allows multiple packages to be placed into a single locker, but each package must have its own shipping label. You cannot send multiple packages in one locker without proper labeling!
For example, if you have created 7 shipments via Smartpost, all shipping labels must be printed (Shipit24 allows printing them individually or all at once) and attached to the corresponding packages. Then, using a single door code, open the locker and place all labeled packages into it.
Keep in Mind
You cannot send multiple separate packages to the same recipient with just one shipping label! Each package requires a separate order and label.
Smartpost packages processed via Shipit24 can only be dropped off at blue Smartpost parcel lockers.
