Sending a Package

• Enter the recipient’s details on the platform
• Select the package size and service provider
• Confirm the payment
• Depending on the courier, you will receive a QR code, barcode, or door code, which you can use to drop off the package at any parcel locker of the chosen courier.

Receiving a Package

• Shipit24 will send a message once the package has been dispatched.
• The courier will send a message with a door code when the package arrives at the destination locker.
• The recipient goes to the locker and retrieves the package.
• Shipit24 sends a thank-you SMS to the recipient and a confirmation SMS to the sender when the package is collected.
