How to Send International Parcels with Shipit24?

With Shipit24’s parcel solution, you can send parcels in 14 different countries and between them. Sending from one country to another is just as easy as sending domestically:
• Enter the recipient's information on the platform (name and phone number – must be a number from the destination country)
• Enter the recipient's address – exact or approximate, both work
• Select the courier, destination, and locker size
• Confirm the payment
Depending on the courier, you will receive a QR code, barcode, or door code that allows you to drop off the parcel at any available locker of your chosen courier – see more details.

Important to Note

  • If the same courier operates in both countries, your parcel will move from one locker to another within the same courier's network.
    For example: If you send a parcel with Omniva from Estonia to Lithuania, you drop it off at an Omniva locker in Estonia and the recipient collects it from an Omniva locker in Lithuania.
  • If multiple couriers are involved across countries, make sure to drop off the parcel at the correct courier’s locker.
    For example: When sending a parcel from Estonia to Spain, the selected courier for delivery might be Nova Post, but the sender must drop the parcel off in a Venipak locker, and the recipient will collect it from an InPost locker or pickup point.
