Through the integration between the customer (online store operator) and Shipit24, order data (including customer contact details, shipment information, and addresses) is transmitted for the purpose of generating shipping documents and enabling automatic parcel registration.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have a legal basis for processing and transmitting such data to the service.

1.3. Plugin Usage and Technical Support

Shipit24 provides technical support for issues related to the use of the official WooCommerce plugin. The user is responsible for keeping the plugin up to date and ensuring it is compatible with their e-commerce configuration.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect interface setup or third-party changes to the e-commerce platform.

1.4. Automated Bulk Shipping Functions

Users integrated via WooCommerce also have access to automated bulk shipping and pre-filled data upload functions, which help speed up the parcel creation and dispatch process.

1.5. Service Misuse and Restrictions

The service must not be used through the integration in a way that violates the general terms of service or ignores restrictions set by logistics partners. In cases of repeated misuse, we reserve the right to terminate the integration without prior notice.
